Fast service and good unlimited food. Playing BTS songs the entire time is a plus too!
Everything was great! We both had AYCE KBBQ. Asia, our server was great and she makes a great fried rice! the atmosphere is nice too. Great value for lunch. Will be returning for sure. We have had Jeff as a server as well prior and he is awesome too. Great servers!
The food here was actually really tasty, you have the choice to do a ramen style buffet or your traditional Korean bbq style buffet. We ordered a whole bottle of plum wine which is so tasty! The sauce station was awesome as well. I did a little spicy sweet combo. And the meats were very tasty and I liked the service a lot. The ambience was very quiet and a great date spot! I do def recommend
Nicely decorated, fresh seafood, good quality meats, great food selections. There is self serve sauce bar, fresh fruits, and some side items. The restaurant is spacious and plenty of room in between tables and that's a plus especially when you want to enjoy dinner without hearing next tables conversation. Service was great being so busy. There are separate rooms for larger parties. Great for birthday occasions. We came with a large group and most of them never been here. They had a great experience as well. Although lots of explanations on how to eat hot pot and or bbq.
We came here for lunch on a weekday and there it wasn't that crowded. Parking was easy out front. It is $19.99 for AYCE, either hot pot or KBBQ. You can do both for a few extra dollars. We did just the hot pot and I was impressed by all of the different soup base offerings they had. You are also allowed to switch bases one time for no charge. Everyone gets their own burner so that was fun! Once you order your soup base, you can head to the DIY sauce bar and make your own. They have suggested combos, but otherwise you can do whatever you want. The meat is ordered at the table and it all came out very quickly. The lunch time menu wasn't as extensive as the dinner time one, but we enjoyed everything and thought it was good quality. My Szechuan soup base was great and I did not have to switch. We'll be back!
Date of Visit: 12/17/2023 As a reminder if you do not follow my reviews, I classify Korean BBQ AYCE into 3 categories, Premium, regular and "Dirty Korean" (cheap, lower/average quality meat, hit the spot but you better have a bathroom nearby) This place is definitely in the "Dirty Korean" category, it does serve Korean BBQ and Hot Pot AYCE, however this review only applies to Korean BBQ as I did not try the Hot Pot. I believed it used to be called something else a few years back but maybe I am wrong, I just remember coming here and it looked different but I don't have the best memory in my old age, so heck maybe this was the same place I been to before! Anyhow, it is in the Costco parking lot next to the Costco gas station, so there is plenty parking. ATMOSPHERE/DECO It looks more like a Chinese restaurant than a Korean one, but it's very clean and inviting. For some reason the floor was a bit slippery with my shoes so I have to act like a Ninja Cat (does that even exist lol) to stay upright but glad to report I did not fall, not even once! The tables were big with plenty of room for dishes, even if you had 4 people eating. SERVICE Waitress was very attentive and willing to help, she checked on me often and refilled my drink several times. I did order a "special" pork belly, that she said she never seen before, but told me they just updated the menu. Anyhow, after checking with kitchen, she said they didn't have that one and I ended up getting the regular pork belly. But it seems no one knew what K-Grill Pork Belly was. PRICE Hard to beat, $30 for Korean BBQ AYCE, $37 if you add the Hot Pot option to eat, this is the perfect definition of "Dirty Korean", lot of food for cheap! You won't find better value around that area! FOOD I think it was what to expect for $30, brisket was pretty good, bulgogi had a nice flavor but a few of the pieces were a little chewier. Curry Chicken was quite moist but not a very pronounced curry flavor. Pork belly was very average, the Ribeye was OK at best , the winner of the night for sure was the LA short rib, very good flavor, very tender! Things to keep in mind, some cuts are exclusive to hot pot, like the Beef Tongue for example, so you cannot order tongue for your BBQ AYCE if you do not pay for the Hot Pot option, it's a little weird but that is how they designed it. You do not get any Banchans but they have a sauce bar that also has a very limited selection of Banchans, pickle radish, Kimchi, spicy cucumber and some type of noodles were the only offering, they also have some cut fruits. The Sauce bar has a decent selection of sauces, none that I tried were phenomenal, but most were good. MISCELLEANOUS They do have a full bar and offer some cocktails but I only had Pepsi to drink so I cannot comment on their drinks. The do have a Robot that bring you some of the food , I think it's more for the "cool" factor as the restaurant wasn't that busy at all, now beware that the robot brings you food and if you do not push the button that say" Send it back to base" it will just sit there stare at your for 1 minutes and 30 seconds (yes it has a timer lol) wasn't a big deal for me as my puppy does that daily and at least the robot wasn't trying to paw me or whine for food but if you do not have a dog, you might find this starring strange, good news as far as I know the robot will not comment on your table manners. Overall, if you want a lot of food for cheap in a nice atmosphere with good service, this is a place to try out. La note de Sebo Atmosphere/Deco 4/5 Service 4.5/5 Price 5/5 Food 4/5 Misc. 4/5 OVERALL 4/5 Quick disclaimer on my ratings, I compare and grade each restaurants to other only in the same category so a 3 stars in premium category might be better than a 4 stars in Regular category even if it has one less stars, I think it's more fair that way and you comparing apple to apple for the most part! I also realize thus might makes zero sense to anyone but me! Lol

This place is a great fusion between Korean bbq style and hotpot, first time I've seen one like it and I would highly recommend if you love either one or both. When we got there the staff were super friendly and attentive to all our needs. We ordered the all you can eat hot pot and they even let us switch out our broth a few times. We tried the mushroom broth and tomato broth the first time and they were both good. For our second broth we tried butter beef, but I did not like it, it has a very strong numbing pepper taste, and then the original broth which was good. The menu for ayce hotpot had a very large variety of meats, seafoods, and vegetables but unfortunately they were out of the blue crab that day. Another thing I liked a lot was the sauce bar with a cool guide on how to create sauces! All in all it was very delicious, a little pricey, but worth it! We will be back to try the kbbq!
